Feel the shame. Don't hold onto it. Let it feel like it's burning you and let go of the parts of your personality that are burning. Shame is your psyche's forest fire; let the brush burn; as it burns away, think to yourself how you're less likely to act that way again.

You are a soul that is in charge of a mind and body. You need to discover how you, a soul, can work to control the mind and body given to you. This is good.
When someone is unable to control their own mind and body, they try to control others, in opposition to free will. This is evil.
